When a system gets a bit ambitious , it can be difficult to approach the code in a way that is not "all or nothing" .

Its not just about writing correct finished code . That part is pretty straight forward .

The hard part is breaking up your work into smaller , but working pieces .

How do you make something 10% finished , but that unfinished code still compiles and gives valuable feedback telling you that you are moving towards your goal .

Getting visual feedback is critical to establishing a feedback loop to rapidly enhance your productivity .

Visual feedback is not always easy though . Solving 10% of a problem isn't really solving 10% of a problem when you want to solve that 10% in a way that gives you visual feedback .
