The tools and awareness we developed in our Past are needed Now to keep us balanced, grounded and centered as we navigate these tumultuous times of deep change. The stronger and healthier we are, the better the offering we make through our refined, clear and focussed energy and presence.

It is natural that anxiety levels are high, rapid change is challenging. We can soothe this anxious energy by being Here Now, grounded and centered. Our commitment to being a lovely, grounded clearing for anyone who needs it is a generous gift in service to Life. Also, don’t let fear cause a sell out of what is important and true for convenience or comfort. The opportunities to do so will be tempting but will sabotage our congruence and power.

Choose heart-centered power, standing tall and upright against the vagaries of this time. Clean and clear in ourselves, aware of, but not dominated by our emotions; following our Yes and calling others into theirs.

There are many truths emerging that challenge what we once believed. Out of the chaos emerges new awareness and order. Being centered, neutral, grounded and curious facilitates our discernment.
