Rock Island .45 ACP 1911 $279 - CRAZY CHEAP

This is to my knowledge, the CHEAPEST .45 1911 I have ever seen. Is it any good? It was so crazy cheap I had to buy one and find out is it "affordable" but also CHEAP? Or is this a CRAZY STUPID DEAL, see for yourself.
