Lou takes a bath in his underwear. Bud and Lou do a short routine about cows. Ken and Mrs Niles show up to be teased. They help Lou find a butler to help with household chores. She has an uncle who can help, but there is a misunderstanding about his name. The uncle is of course, Arthur Treacher, who gives back as much as he gets from Lou.
