Aidan and Heather Silva from Spring, Texas have been together for six and a half years, and married since July 2016. Aidan, 26, announced he was transgender when he was 23, and asked Heather if she would still want to be with him if he became a man. Heather supported Aidan’s decision and has been by his side as he’s undergone top surgery and weekly testosterone injections.
