David and I wrap up the pretrial hearing for Samson Allen who is accused of resisting and obstructing Officer Chambers in Meridian ID.

ID was shocked to see what looked like police brutality perpetrated by Officer Chambers upon 21 year old Mr. Allen. (Link Bellow)

Today, two motions were heard and a trial date will be set after rulings on the motions.

Will the judge allow the whole video to be shown to the jurors?

Will the judge allow the defense to see the files and training of Officer Chambers?

We await the judges ruling and a court date.
