He clarifies that the predicted economic challenges will be artificially induced, and the current leader will be scapegoated. However, he warns against falling for this narrative, calling it a mass false flag operation. Joseph describes a scenario where Decapolis—representing ten cities in turmoil—will arise amid these difficulties.
