The Liberal leadership race just took another bizarre turn, and Canadians are watching in disbelief. With Chandra Arya booted from the race and Jaime Battiste dropping out, one candidate is making the boldest—and most outrageous—promises yet. Karina Gould claims that if she becomes leader, she’ll ban all remaining firearms and complete the gun buyback before the next election. But here’s the problem: it’s impossible.

As Canadians grow more frustrated with government gaslighting, Gould doubles down on unrealistic, empty promises, assuming voters will simply accept them. But are they? The Liberal Party is crumbling, and their desperation is showing.
