And yes, I already started. Health and Human Services had 6.69 TRILLION spent. Of that a majority of it went to CALIFORNIA and NEW YORK! Big shocker there. TX only got less than a 3rd of what either the above listed states... but watch what THIS GUY FOUND!!!!! HOLLLLLEEEEE SHEEEET!!!!
