Alpine Butterfly vs Circus Bowline

In this episode, we are going to answer a question asked by Matt Parr in The Break Room on Facebook - Alpine Butterfly vs the circus bowline.
As you will see in the video both knots are tied in the same bit of rope, sewn terminations on each end, and pulled apart.
following that, both knots are pulled separately so we can see that info too.
