FORGOTTEN SCI FI TV PRESENTS: "It's About Time" (1966-1967)

It's About Time is an American science fantasy comedy television series that aired on CBS for one season of 26 episodes in 1966–1967. The series was created by Sherwood Schwartz (The Brady Bunch, My Favorite Martian) and used sets, props, and incidental music from Schwartz's other television series in production at the time, Gilligan's Island. It tells the adventures of two astronauts who travel back in time to the days of dinosaurs and cavemen. While the series garnered high numbers at the start, viewership quickly declined. A concerted effort was made to revitalize the series several months into the program, but the show never made it into a second season. The series has since passed into obscurity.
