Yes, our World is full of despair and hopelessness. Our problems grow larger every day. But just as we don’t have to grieve as the World does when a Loved One falls asleep, so we do not have to let the weight of hopelessness destroy us. We can cling to the thread, which can be thin at times, of Joy that comes from being in Jesus and Him being in us. We know that no matter how bleak or dark things may become, we are Strangers and Aliens on this Earth and we will soon go Home. One day we will be forever in the Presence of our Loving Father and all pain, sickness, crying and death will be gone. Put your trust in the Bright Morning and Star and find the Joy only He can bring.
