INCREASING MILK EXPRESSION BY HAND MASSAGE WHILE BREASTFEEDING ||

One thing I've found useful to do is to massage the milk ducts in my breast as I'm feeding as this increases the amount of milk that Spencer receives while he is actively breastfeeding.

I sincerely hope that by sharing my breastfeeding journey I can encourage other women to attempt and persist with, what can be at times, a difficult thing to do.
