### **Ingredients:**
#### **For the Sponge Cake:**
- 4 **eggs**
- 1 cup **sugar**
- 1 tsp **vanilla essence**
- 1 ½ cups **all-purpose flour**
- 1 tsp **baking powder**
- ½ cup **mango puree** (fresh or canned)
- ¼ cup **melted butter**
#### **For the Mango Milk Soak (Three Milk Mixture):**
- 1 cup **evaporated milk**
- 1 cup **condensed milk**
- ½ cup **whole milk**
- ½ cup **mango puree**
- 1 tbsp **sugar** (optional, depending on the sweetness of the mango puree)
#### **For the Whipped Topping:**
- 1 cup **heavy whipping cream**
- 2 tbsp **icing sugar**
- 1 tsp **vanilla essence**
- **Mango slices** for garnish

### **Instructions:**
#### **Step 1: Make the Sponge Cake**
1. Preheat the oven to **180°C (350°F)** and grease a **9x9-inch baking dish**.
2. In a bowl, **beat the eggs** and **sugar** until light and fluffy.
3. Add the **vanilla essence** and mix well.
4. Sift in the **flour** and **baking powder**, and gently fold them into the egg mixture.
5. Add the **mango puree** and **melted butter**; mix gently until well combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and **bake for 25-30 minutes**, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7. Let the cake cool completely in the dish.
#### **Step 2: Prepare the Mango Milk Soak**
1. In a bowl, whisk together **evaporated milk, condensed milk, whole milk**, and **mango puree**.
2. Taste and add **sugar** if more sweetness is desired.
#### **Step 3: Soak the Cake**
1. Poke holes all over the cooled cake using a fork or skewer.
2. Slowly pour the **mango milk soak** over the cake, allowing it to absorb completely.
3. Let the cake soak for at least **2-3 hours** in the refrigerator (overnight is best for the most flavor absorption).

1. In a bowl, **whip the heavy cream** and **icing sugar** until stiff peaks form.
2. Add the **vanilla essence** and mix until smooth.
