Plane Crashes into water Pilot Ejects

Pilot at the time was Lt. Tony Cann, who suffered a broken ankle in the crash. This was a RAF Harrier performing at a 2003 Suffolk airshow. Cause of crash was accidental simultaneous operation of both throttle and nozzle direction lever.
