In this 41st episode of Unwoken I’m joined by clinical and forensic psychologist: Dr. Leslie Dobson.

Dr. Dobson shares her concerns about the treatment of government employees under the new Trump administration’ DOGE department. Particularly at the Veterans Affairs hospitals, where they are being told they are 'replaceable' and pushed to return to the office despite lack of space.

She is worried this is a cost-cutting measure by the government rather than addressing the actual needs of veterans. We also discuss the challenges of finding objective, unbiased information and the censorship of certain topics and news sources.

Overall, Leslie is frustrated by the lack of open and honest dialogue on important issues and believes a middle ground between the political left and right is needed.
