The 'Conception Starts With Erection' Bill

Anita Somani is a very irresponsible person to even suggest such a bill as a response to abortion legislation radicalization. As a member of the Ohio Representatives, she is proposing more as a joke, but as part of the Democrat position, that discharging semon without the intent to fertilize an embryo should have penalties for the man. This just shows how ridiculous Democrats have built their political platform of a hippie movement destruction of the American family and how far they would like to go if allowed.
