Joe Jackson played with the Minnesota Vikings alongside the "Purple People Eaters," Carl Eller, Alan Page, and Jim Marshall. In his rookie season, he finished second in the NFL in quarterback sacks. Among the Hall of Famers he played with are Joe Namath, Fran Tarkenton, John Riggins, and Paul Krause. While in college at New Mexico State University, Jackson gave his life to Jesus. He worked with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Campus Crusade for Christ.Jackson currently lives in Phoenix. He is a director with Athletes International Ministries. He's also Church Evangelist with Phoenix First Assembly of God Church.
