Knife Sharpening Machine Part 1

Today we are making a knife sharpener. Bevels are made by grinder, some use a jig some do free hand. But the second bevel, or cutting edge is just as important to be a good cutter. This machine we build will make that second bevel, keeping our cutting edge consistent across the blade... or at least that's what we're going for.
