Action Radio 2/10/25, Declaring War on The Enemy Federal Judiciary.

The simple fact is going all the way back to Marbury v Madison, the Supreme Court stole and usurped powers they do not and have never had, that is to interpret the Constitution, to strike down laws, regulations or policies, to order injunctions, stays, suspensions, or any other kind of order, on any kind of action of the President and their Administration, and the Congress. It's all illegal and unconstitutional and it has to stop.

I knew this would happen and begged a bunch of folks to please get messages to Donald Trump, Tom Homan, and many others about the coming storm of illegal judicial orders to stop Trump's legal executive orders and actions. My strategy was to preemptively declare all such judicial orders as unconstitutional since no such judicial power exists in the Constitution.

The rationalization of Marbury v Madison to steal power has brought about over 200 years of illegal judicial decisions which have profoundly affected our nation and destroyed our freedoms. It is 200 years past time to stop this madness.

The latest example are these bogus District Court orders to maintain the fantasy of "Birthright Citizenship." This has to end also, and I can prove why.
