Much better that the only thing that enters your lungs, is good ol AIR. 24% oxy 64% nitrogen, like 1% argon, n like .7 random other shit. or what ever it is, Dont ask me I DONT GO OUT N MEASURE IT EVERY DAY. I may not be the most accurate person, but im most certainly, MoSt DEFinitely, am always generally right.
