Un'esplorazione del destino delle Forze di Difesa di Tartaria. Sono perite con la civiltà o sono sopravvissute e si sono trasformate in organizzazioni diverse, forse svolgendo un ruolo nella civiltà post-reset? Una parte di loro sopravvive ancora oggi?
NOTA: sono ben consapevole che il nome del personaggio in "Fallout" è Capitano "Roger" Maxson. Sto facendo un'osservazione sottile sulla continuazione dei cognomi, poiché sembra essere piuttosto significativa con le linee militari.
