On February 7, 2025, Lincoln Heights, Ohio became the site of a dramatic confrontation when a group of neo-Nazis attempted to hold a demonstration on an overpass near the historically Black neighborhood. The group, reportedly part of "The Hate Club 1488," waved swastika-adorned flags and displayed a banner reading "America for the White Man," chanting racial slurs and threatening violence toward passersby.

Despite police presence, a large group of local residents — armed and determined — came together to take a stand. The situation quickly escalated, with residents breaking through police lines to force the masked men off the bridge. In the aftermath, a U-Haul truck was seen fleeing with the neo-Nazis, while community members burned their flag in defiance.
