Is she an actual time traveler from the year 2038, or am I just enduring the MANDELA EFFECTS again?

I have no clue as to WHY my Chinese camera had a timestamp of 2038?

It is either a MANUFACTURING DEFECT or the actual camera itself was timewarped somehow back to the year of 2024?
