I've been wondering about these clouds on the darkest nights.

Do they just materialize and disappear? It appears they do. Then assimilate back into the rest of the programmable matter. My assumptions are based on too many hours of watching, listening, reading, deductive reasoning and having absolutely no brainwashing from "higher education" about all this. Which means I haven't been peer reviewed. Thank God.
