Dr. Ola Tunander is an emeritus Professor of the Peace Research Institute Oslo. He has written and edited various books and a number of articles on security politics, naval strategy, submarine operations, geopolitics, psychological operations (PSYOP) and Cold War history. In particular, he is the author of the book “The Secret War Against Sweden: US and British Submarine Deception in the 1980s.”
