### **Instructions (Stovetop Method)**
#### **1. Prepare the Dough**
1. In a bowl, sift together **whole wheat flour, gram flour, baking powder, and cardamom powder**.
2. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
3. Add **ghee (or butter)** gradually and mix with your fingers until the mixture becomes crumbly.
4. Knead into a smooth dough. If it's too dry, add 1-2 tbsp milk.
