### **Ingredients:**
#### **For Milk Mixture:**
- **Full cream milk** – 1 liter
- **Sugar** – ½ cup (adjust to taste)
- **Strawberry-flavored custard powder** – 4 tbsp (dissolved in ½ cup cold milk)
- **Condensed milk** – ½ cup (optional, for extra richness)
- **Rose water** – 1 tsp (optional)
#### **For Vermicelli & Jelly:**
- **Roasted vermicelli (Seviyan)** – ½ cup
- **Strawberry jelly** – 1 pack (prepared and cut into cubes)
#### **For Fruit & Toppings:**
- **Banana (sliced)** – 1
- **Apple (cubed)** – ½ cup
- **Strawberries (chopped)** – ½ cup
- **Pineapple chunks** – ½ cup
- **Whipping cream** – ½ cup (whipped)
- **Chopped almonds & pistachios** – 2 tbsp

### **Instructions:**
#### **1. Prepare the Custard Base:**
1. In a saucepan, heat **milk** on medium flame.
2. Add **sugar** and stir until dissolved.
3. Gradually add the **strawberry custard mixture**, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
4. Cook until thickened (**4-5 minutes**), then mix in **condensed milk & rose water**.
5. Let the mixture cool completely.
#### **2. Cook Vermicelli & Prepare Jelly:**
1. Boil **roasted vermicelli** in water for **2-3 minutes**, then drain and set aside.
2. Prepare **strawberry jelly** as per packet instructions and let it set. Cut into cubes.
#### **3. Assemble Lab-e-Shireen:**
1. In a large bowl, mix the **cooled custard, cooked vermicelli, fruits, and jelly cubes**.
2. Gently fold in **whipped cream** for a rich texture.
#### **4. Garnish & Serve:**
1. Top with **chopped nuts, extra jelly cubes, and fresh strawberries**.
2. Refrigerate for **1-2 hours** before serving for the best taste.
