Hour 2. Electoral College, a Preservation of State's Rights, or an Idea that has Outlived its Purpose?

Trent England, Founder and Executive Director of Save Our States joins Jeff and Bill to outline the continued usefulness of the Electoral College. There is a possibility that Colorado will remove itself from the National Popular Vote Compact. If Colorado had given it's votes through this compact to the winner of the national Popular vote, Colorado electors would have chosen Donald Trump, despite who Coloradans voted for? Do the Democrats still think this is a good idea?

Hour 3. A Child Molester Can Receive Probation in Colorado and Democrats Don't Want to Change That.

George Brauchler, District Attorney, Judicial District 23 and Brandi Bradley, Colorado Representative of House District 39 join Jeff and Bill. George wrote an Op-Ed about this sentencing issue and Brandi is running a bill to change the laws. BUT, so far, Democrats are not on board. Why??
