Snow day!

We woke up to snow on the farm, that means…

SNOW DAY with Maple Syrup = MAPLE TAFFY! 🍁❄️

Grab some delicious Red River Maple Syrup 😉

Heat to 235 (make sure it doesn’t boil over)

Then pour onto a baking sheet full of fresh packed snow!

It will cool very quickly, making Maple Taffy! Eat it right off the pan or you can use a utensil to wrap the taffy around it while it’s cooling.
