Man has lizards and snakes on his shoulders on train

I hopped on the L train in Bushwick on my way to Manhattan and found this crew of lizards and snakes hanging out with their owners amongst the seats. Wanting to get a better angle for a video, I spotted a seat close to the action, sat down and began filming a few clips for socials. Suddenly without warning this guy puts a giant lizard on my lap, which is quickly followed by an iguana on my shoulder and to top it all off, a snake around my neck. I was admittedly super nervous at first as I normally would never volunteer to be draped in scaly creatures, but they were so calm and friendly. I couldnt stop smiling. The owner told me he rescues these animals and takes them around the city to meet people. This random encounter on the subway was the perfect end to my work week and led me into the weekend with an open mind. I hope to see these guys again soon.
