City Ignores & Allows SIDEWALKS To Go To WASTE So I Cleaned Them Up For FREE

I decided to revisit an old sidewalk that i've kept my eye on over the years. I always thought the city would get them cleaned up. However, as you can see, it has never happened! Out of curiosity, I decided to check the old google maps photos of this corner. I was shocked to find out that these sidewalks, along with the ones around it, have not been touched for over 15 years. I'm not too sure what was on this land before, but I assume by the stairways, it could have had 3 homes on it, or a possible park? Not too sure. Either way, they both will look like new soon.
