China’s steel always makes it into this country second hand. China is not looking for investment in the US in the way we would welcome it. China is not our ally. China has looked to Mexico, South America, and Panama to invest to dump their products into our county without tariffs by nearshoring. They have been investing in that for years. Trump is saying you are going to stop dumping into this country, we are not a landfill for your garbage.
