In this episode we begin speaking about independent investigative journalist Julie Holburn, who has been covering OC cases and corrupt judges in family courts.

Her Article on JulieM Anderson Holburn substcak is entitled: Weaponized Gag Orders: How an OC Judge is Silencing a Quadriplegic Mother's Fight for Justice.

She beings that on Feb 7, 2025 she and others arrived at the Nolan v. Nolan case in OC SC under Judge Kimberly Carasso. Court watchers were denied entry.

Those watching by Zoom were also denied entry. Tar Nolan was threatened with sanctions on Jan 31, for breaches of confidentiality citing "Anker v. Yeager, a family law attorney sanctioned$50,000 in a child custody ispute for asking questions regarding a confidential child custody evaluation during a deposition in a separate but related case.

Jan 27 a gag order was issued, and after the Jan 31 hearing the minute orders issued by Judge Carasso became "not viewable."

Larger questions of Gag orders re: Retailiation against media scrutiny are discussed as in Trump's case where he was gagged by democrat Judge Merchan, whose daughter Lauren is president of Authentic Campaigns, a Chicago based progressive political consulting firm whose clients include Adam Schiff, who was the lead prosecutor in Trump's first impeachment trial and the Senate Majority PAC, a major party fundraiser.

Lauren was actively making money from the attack on Trump. Merchan should have recused himself from the trial but he did not.

We discussed the legal implications of corrupted and bought judges who rule negatively against good and just individuals for political gain and/or as directed by their political affiliations.
