Noticing that this yard wasn't being mowed, I decided to locate the owner and offer to mow it down for them for free. I saw her out one day in her vehicle and approached her. She said right away to me that "the home is not for sale", thinking that I was some sort of home buyer. I chuckled and said, "I'm not here to make you an offer on the house; I'm here to offer you a free lawn cleanup."
