Another chilly day Friday

 There is a freeze warning for inland counties tonight with lows dropping into the upper 20s, and a frost advisory along the lakefront with temps in the low to mid 30s.  Friday afternoon is sunny, breezy and cold with highs only in the mid 40s and wind chills in the 30s.
