FORGOTTEN SCI FI TV PRESENTS: "Ark II" (1976)

Ark II is an American live-action science fiction television series, aimed at children, that aired on CBS from September 11 to December 18, 1976. Only 15 half-hour episodes were produced. The series centers around a group of young scientists who travel through a post-apocalyptic wasteland, encountering communities of people, in a mobile science vehicle named, "Ark II." The scientists hope to assist these communities overcome a variety of issues, from environmental devastation to societal decay.
