Michael Stack is a former Wolverine Lake City Councilman. He resigned shortly after he crossed the median on I-275 and crashed into another car, killing Shannon McIntyre and Nicholas Pare.  Their family is filled with deep sorrow, loss, and regret.  For the man who killed them, deep remorse.
