Lithium battery on fire!

Because of my mistake, I accidentally did something wrong and I causes lithium battery to catch on fire. I caught it right away thank goodness!

The other day I noticed my battery was warm to the touch so I took it apart to see what's going on thankfully, I avoided a battery fire
