Being masterful, present in our bodies AND connected to the broader, wiser part of us is our focus. We are the bridge between heaven and earth when we are deliberate, centered and grounded. We can then leverage our gifts, and abilities for our good and the good of those around us.

The energy of uncertainty, fear, doubt and illusion in the human field is strong. If we are not deliberate and intentional about our attention and intention, we will get knocked about. These unprofitable side trips take our attention and energy away from what is directly important in our experience now. Once again: our practices are our key to staying grounded, resilient and present.
