Mass firings begin at U.S. agencies, including Dept of Education

Mass firings have begun across federal agencies, with terminations of probationary employees underway at the Department of Education and the Small Business Administration, federal employees and union sources told CNN. Former Communications Director for VP Harris, Jamal Simmons says he thinks the mass firings signal that something else is afoot.
