Knicknac the Big Ugly Frog

This comical story tells of a boy who catches a frog of extraordinary size. A bullfrog will fit in a man's grasp. Knicknac the frog, overfills two big hands with his head hanging way out beyond. Stretched out, he was three feet long.
He neither worried nor feared anything, except the occasional attack from marauding boys. They were always a true danger, fast moving, unpredictable, even vicious at times.
Taken home by the boy, Knicknac alarms, and disgusts family members until the local TV station takes an interest. But Knicknac causes havoc wherever he goes.
He shocks the boy’s sister.
He stymies’ scientists when they take him for observation.
