I found an overgrown property with two rental homes that needed some lawn work done. I tried knocking on the doors, but nobody answered. A few minutes later, one of the tenants showed up and told me that they were responsible for maintaining the property themselves. One tenant was elderly, the other had no mowing equipment. So I offered to mow their property for free, and get it established enough to where later down the road, one of them could obtain a lawn mower and continue the seasonal mow. They were super thankful for this, and told me that nobody has ever offered something like this. We made sure to make their yard the best looking lawn on the block!
