I built a DIY Hybrid Sauna and Im Lovin it!

This is the best thing that I have ever done for my health and wellbeing!
Ive included steam and dry heating, far infrared, near infrared light and heating. Its dual fuel, hybrid and off grid. It cost about $600 because I salvaged so much of the stuff needed from other people's rubbish. The structure is Japanese Cedar 50x50 frame and used roofing iron.
The angled sides are 2.5deg and 5deg tapered to give an airy feeling inside. They also provide a nice angle for the seat backs. I was dubious at first about the effect of sauna. Yes I had an opinion without ever studying or experiencing sauna!
Following the extensive detoxification my lymphatic system immediately needed, the next task was to eliminate the yuck from my body. pee, poo and sweat are the only ways we can do this. My daily sauna is saving my life. Im in love with my sauna. I read in there or listen to a podcast, lecture or interview for one hour each day- followed by a cold shower- plunge pool comes next!

Im recovering from over 40 metastasized tumors in my bones, spine. Ive been intermittently chronically ill for 3 years but remained undiagnosed till September 2024.
