Late Day 'Frankenstorm'

Rains like this in California's Central Valley used to be a rarity, however we are seeing more and more erratic weather, not just here, but in many other places as well. This afternoon, we witnessed one of the heaviest rainfall events to date. Since the advent of HAARP in the early 1990s, occurrences like these have become more common. We are now seeing discussions of weather modification, manipulation, and weaponization making their way into the mainstream, which is a good thing! More and more people seem to be awakening to what has been hidden for so long. Mr. President, I'm sure you are aware of what has been going on in our skies......... please bring an end to the 'mad science' as well.
