Cops RESCUE 30 Puppies From A Boiling Hot U-Haul

This deputy was in shock after seeing these puppies abandoned in such a pathetic situation. The U-Haul reeked of feces, and the heat was unbearable. This female officer was determined to ensure that the owners wouldn't get off easily. The other guy was about to get a scolding of his life.
Looking at the condition of the puppies, one wonders how their owners can be so negligent. The owners didn’t even seem to understand how animal care works. Thanks to the police and the good Samaritan who responded to the situation quickly; otherwise, the dogs would have suffered longer or could’ve even died. Both of them were charged with animal cruelty.
