TNA Impact 2/13/2025 Review—Joe Hendry Retains & Josh Alexander’s Goodbye! #shorts

Folks, this was an IMPACT—literally and figuratively! Some good matches, some weird booking, but overall, not bad!

First off—why is the WORLD TITLE opening the show?! That’s a mistake, folks. But Joe Hendry defended the title against Jake Something (terrible name, by the way) and retained with a Standing Ovation. Good match! But then, Ryan Nemeth came out talking about how his brother Nic (yes, Dolph Ziggler) wasn’t happy about this. Jake tried to shut him up, but Nic superkicked Jake—AND accidentally kicked GM Santino Marella! Very funny, but also very sloppy booking.

Then we had Ash and Heather by Elegance vs. The King Bees. Good match, springboard flipping side slam for the win. Post-match, the heels attacked, but Spitfire ran them off. Classic stuff. Not bad!

Frankie Kazarian took on Sami Callihan—but before Sami even got to the ring, Mance Warner attacked him! Folks, who lets this happen? AEW? Maybe. Impact? Apparently! Callihan still wanted the match, but Kazarian won because of ANOTHER distraction. Too much interference, folks.

Xia Brookside vs. Cora Jade? Fine match, nothing special. Cora won with the Jaded DDT. Probably should have been a bigger deal, but it wasn’t.

The Rascalz then called out Wes Lee, Tyriek Igwe, and Tyson Dupont—but Ace Austin interrupted, and we got a brawl. This was fine. Not very exciting, but fine.

Masha Slamovich defended the Knockouts Title against Savannah Evans—and won with the Snowplow. Masha is GREAT, folks. She’s got the look, the talent, the aggression—TNA is lucky to have her.

And then, the biggest match of the night—Josh Alexander’s last match in TNA! Folks, this guy has been one of the best in the company. But Eric Young played dirty—used a mask shot behind the ref’s back, then a piledriver to win. Sad ending for Josh in TNA, but a good match.

Overall, a decent Impact. Some bad booking, some great wrestling, some questionable decisions. But Joe Hendry retains, and Josh Alexander gets a proper sendoff. Not bad. #TNA #Wrestling #ImpactWrestling #shorts #TNAWrestling
