Man Dealing With Health Issues Gets A FREE Lawn Makeover

Here's the story: One day I was driving by and noticed this overgrown property sticking out like an eyesore. I knocked on the door and a man answered. I asked him if he needed any help getting his lawn cleaned up. He said he does, but has no money to pay me because all of his earnings went straight to pay for medical bills. I told him that I don't charge for my work since I get paid through social media by making lawn makeover videos. He had no clue what I was talking about because he was "old school, and I use a flip phone and hardly ever get on the inter webs". I had to show him the process on my phone. He said he still wasn't sure, and that he'd call me once he made up his mind. I left him with my card and a final reminder that I would not charge him a penny. And we could even sign a paper stating that if he felt more comfortable that way. The same evening, I received a call from him stating that I was free to come mow the lawn at any time. He thanked me over the phone and said I am one of a kind.

Trust is earned, not given. I think when I showed him proof of doing other properties around the area, that made him believe and trust me. And who knows, that evening he might of done some research on me on the inter webs...
