Dr. Ben Tapper raises concern over major disconnect between health and food industries

Dr. Ben Tapper, Director of Epigenetics at The Wellness Company, says we cannot trust the government when it comes to our health. “We are treated by the health industry which pays no attention to food and we’re fed by the food industry which pays no attention to health. There’s a real disconnect here when it comes to that, so we really need to look at other ways outside the government when it comes to our health,” he says.
