I join Courtenay Turner, Cynthia Chung, Mathew Crawford and David Gosselin for a round table discussion on the topic fascist nudging of “Conservatives”. There’s all sorts of burgeoning movements that indicate a resurgence of Hitlerian values that were prominent in fascistic Nazi Germany. It appears many who call themselves conservatives or MAGA in the USA are championing ethno- nationalism, Christian Nationalism, extreme (conspiratorial) antisemitism and even monarchical views that would seem antithetical to Conservative political philosophy. From an array of expertise, various backgrounds and research the group aims to bring clarity to the term Fascism and why we’re seeing these narratives promulgated in various “right wing” movements.
